Job Summary

Lead the employee welfare and employee relations function for all site-based staff, ensuring cases are handled promptly, professionally, and in line with company policies, client requirements, and UAE labour regulations. Oversee consistent EWRT standards across site operations, act as the senior escalation point for complex/high-risk matters, and provide analysis and recommendations to HR Operations leadership. Manage, coach, and develop EWRT management teams while partnering with Operations and HR to improve employee outcomes and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage employee welfare and employee relations for all site-based staff, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations and company/client requirements.
•Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-risk employee welfare and relations cases, providing analysis and recommendations to HR Operations leadership.
•Oversee EWRT process controls and governance, including updating SOPs and ensuring adherence by EWRT teams to legal, internal, and client-specific requirements.
•Lead and develop EWRT management teams, coaching HR Managers on conflict resolution, policy compliance, and consistent handling of disciplinary and investigation cases.
•Manage welfare- and relations-related financial exposure, including disciplinary timelines, medical case management, leave accrual monitoring, and EWRT financial reporting.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or People Management, supporting blue-collar employees within the GCC region.
•Exceptional understanding of UAE labour legislation.
•Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and MI applications.
•Experience handling roles with high-volume data analysis.
•Knowledge of SharePoint is preferable.
