•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate domain expertise into product development
•Iterate quickly from concept to prototype based on user feedback and data

•Genuine familiarity with BioRender—you've used it, you have opinions about it
•Comfort with AI coding tools; you’ve built a product that people use and have collaborated with others via Github
•Something you've built: a script, a tool, a side project, or a vibe-coded experiment that actually worked
•Curiosity, scrappiness, and the ability to move from idea to prototype quickly
