Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the global TPRM service and team, ensuring high-quality delivery across Allianz entities.
  • •Define and continuously evolve the TPRM “Service as a Service” model, including scalability, operational excellence, and governance.
  • •Establish and develop the TPRM operating model (roles, processes, delivery standards) and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • •Oversee the full TPRM lifecycle: onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
  • •Ensure governance and compliance by driving policy implementation, risk/control assessments, inventory and documentation, reporting, assurance/regulatory reporting, and audit coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Risk Management.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and managing complex service delivery environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and operational resilience (e.g., DORA and financial sector regulations).
  • •Experience building or managing risk management frameworks or managed services is an advantage.
  • •A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
