Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and produce advanced standard and ad hoc department and enterprise-level credit reports for assigned meetings and committees.
  • •Develop, maintain, and reconcile independent models used to calculate quarterly Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL).
  • •Review report structure, content, and quality for internal and system-generated reports; improve understanding of business drivers affecting reporting.
  • •Assemble, compile, and resolve data errors/inconsistencies to ensure reporting consistency.
  • •Streamline reporting processes and support audits/reviews, including guidance to other Credit Systems Analysts and leading certain projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics (or related) or equivalent experience.
  • •At least two years of related experience in lending/credit, report writing, core systems, or related activities.
  • •Strong data analysis skills.
  • •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present clear, concise reporting to senior management.
  • •Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, and Access; must have a valid driver’s license.
