Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution of an existing hardware product portfolio, defining long-term vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis, making hard feature tradeoff decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams across industrial design, hardware/software engineering, operations, content, and marketing using deep system architecture knowledge. Conduct market research and user studies to validate product direction.

•Deep understanding of the hardware development process, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
•Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
•Passion for fitness and understanding of the connected fitness landscape (plus experience working with global teams).
