ABL Relationship Manager

Manage an assigned portfolio of asset-based lending clients by evaluating transaction viability, performing independent credit monitoring, and analyzing financial data and collateral trends. Handle complex direct and agent deals, set client relationship strategy, and oversee monthly/quarterly portfolio management reporting. Review field exams and appraisals, recommend reserves and credit solutions, present annual credit reviews to senior management and the credit committee, and coordinate with turnaround consultants on distressed credits.
