Job Summary

Oversee the full lifecycle of custom cabinetry and millwork projects in Washington, D.C., from initial client consultation through final installation. Own end-to-end delivery, ensure milestones are met, and keep projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. Serve as the primary client and stakeholder point of contact, build detailed plans and documentation, coordinate with design/production/installation teams, and mitigate risks to resolve issues early.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end delivery of custom cabinetry and millwork projects to meet key milestones.
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.
•Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for a seamless workflow.
•Identify and mitigate project risks, conduct quality assurance checks, and prepare project documentation including contracts, reports, and change orders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working as a Project Manager, preferably in construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or millwork.
•Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and software.
•Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills.
•Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
