Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure material availability to support the Master Production Schedule through planning and execution in SAP.
  • •Monitor material coverage, identify supply risks, and drive timely mitigation to prevent production disruptions.
  • •Execute MRP activities including planned order to PR conversion, and ensure timely PR to PO conversion while tracking supplier acknowledgements and confirmations.
  • •Conduct daily and weekly material reviews with Procurement, Logistics, and Production Planning to align supply with demand and escalate past due orders.
  • •Develop and improve the PFEP database; optimize safety stock and inventory parameters; drive inventory optimization and support SIOP/RCCP/SIOE/NPI/ECN activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in Material Planning, Materials Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Production Planning.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • •Knowledge of MRP, Inventory Management, SIOP, RCCP, and supply planning processes.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
