Job Summary

Lead the regional IT agenda across Central Eastern Europe, India, and Nepal, driving digital transformation, core systems modernization, and data-enabled commercial capabilities. Own IT programs end-to-end, build lean high-performing regional teams, and manage the regional IT budget from Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape and align regional business strategies with global digital transformation goals, ensuring IT supports Carlsberg’s purpose and strategy.
•Act as a trusted IT partner to the regional executive team, providing insights and driving IT initiatives that advance business objectives.
•Build data-enabled commercial capabilities, including revenue growth management, value management, key account management, e-commerce, promotions/discounts, and go-to-market.
•Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with global standards, including an operating model and matrix organization; champion AI and image-recognition programs.
•Own regional IT programs, build and empower lean regional IT teams, and manage the IT budget for the CEEI region.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

•Experience building data-enabled commercial capabilities such as revenue growth management, key account management, and e-commerce/go-to-market.
•Exposure to AI and innovation programs; fluent in English.
