Job Summary

Lead a dedicated store team to deliver an exceptional consumer experience and drive sales using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Oversee performance across consumer service and metrics, apply analytical thinking and reporting to find opportunities, and maintain visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards. Support talent development, coordinate daily activities, manage POS and retail operations, and ensure asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M service model and lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales and consumer service.
•Use analytical thinking and company reporting to identify store opportunities and enable strategic decisions.
•Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards across the store.
•Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines with effective follow-up on daily activities.
•Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, seasonal pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness/standards, and asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.

Key Requirements

•STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above (preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of total retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
•Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
•Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
•Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email, and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale system.
