Key Responsibilities

  • •Help manage relationships with external stakeholders by communicating company strategy and performance to investors and analysts.
  • •Lead and facilitate investor communications with senior management and internal stakeholders, gather feedback from capital markets, and monitor analyst reports.
  • •Serve as a leading expert in the IR organization to support the development and execution of the IR plan.
  • •Lead preparation and execution of earnings calls and other investor events, including slide presentations, Q&A documents, and logistics.
  • •Contribute to IR responsibilities such as sell-side research monitoring, investor communication development, IR website and digital media management, and event preparation and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant professional license is preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience across accounting, finance, strategy, equity research, fund management, and/or investment banking, including financial analysis and capital markets.
  • •Experience in a publicly traded company, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Demonstrated strategic, corporate finance, and accounting skills, including evaluating company and industry information.
  • •Excellent analytical, critical thinking, project management, organizational, and communication skills; able to produce senior-level reports and presentations.
