Behavior Technician (RBT)

Deliver in-home ABA behavior intervention in Las Cruces, working one-on-one with patients and their families alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement plans, collect and record real-time behavior data, and support weekly supervision and team meetings. Part-time afternoon hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM) with tablets and ABA data platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, and Rethink, plus paid training and assistance toward RBT certification.
