Job Summary

Lead the agency training and development strategy to boost sales performance across Allianz's AZAY channels. Own end-to-end training design, development, and delivery for Agency staff, collaborating with Agency, Direct Marketing, bank partners. Build training roadmaps, ensure content quality aligned with CI, track effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement while coaching the team to excellence in training programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and manage the overall training strategy for Agency training and development and deliver programs aligned with the company’s sales goals.
•Lead and manage the Agency Training and Development team, defining the training plan and activities for diverse target audiences.
•Collaborate with Agency, Direct Marketing, and bank partners to conduct needs analysis, design new sales training courses, and review existing programs to improve quality and effectiveness.
•Proactively seek feedback on training courses and curricula, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance training materials and self-paced curricula.
•Track and monitor training materials and tools to ensure alignment with Corporate Brand Identity and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or a related field.
•5–8 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or related fields within the banking or insurance industries.
•Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
