Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the project organization as the main coordinating party in larger assignments.
  • •Ensure deliveries are on time and maintain schedule and quality by structuring the work.
  • •Engage colleagues and manage ongoing communication to keep collaboration smooth.
  • •Act as a key contact between WSP and customers, helping translate initial customer contact into concrete assignments.
  • •Participate in tender work, which constitutes about one-third of the role.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years’ experience as a projekteringsledare (project engineering lead) in a consulting environment with multidisciplinary assignments.
  • •Experience from consulting projects related to datacenters, including working across multiple or long-running projects.
  • •Experience with tender/proposal work (anbud) is valued.
  • •University/higher education, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • •Ability to communicate in Swedish (spoken and written) and strong English skills for global collaboration.
