Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all members; supervise activities to ensure safety and adherence to procedures.
  • •Plan and engage members in fitness activities; provide fitness orientations and kinesthetic guidance.
  • •Attend to members' needs and provide basic first aid as required, including CPR when needed.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, equipment, and exercise areas; ensure daily safety and sanitation.
  • •Maintain accurate records such as training tracking, class participation, and cleaning logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 18 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification, Group Exercise Certification and/or a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Related Field (Certifications required within 30 days: American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid)
  • •Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • •Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
  • •Basic knowledge of computers
  • •Ability to consistently work scheduled shifts
