Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps in process or systems.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and ensure strong stockroom standards and processes for a safe work environment.
  • •Move across the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; process shipments and execute company operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
