Key Responsibilities

•Provide health and safety guidance to the project team and ensure compliance with Mexican health and safety regulations and client requirements
•Produce, review and approve HSE plans in accordance with legal and client requirements and review and assure legal compliance topics such as risk assessments, legal audits and safety inspections
•Plan and develop strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines and recommend processes aligned with client and regulatory standards for construction projects
•Support site safety team to maintain reporting regimes for Health and Safety statistics
•Implement and monitor corporate HSE policies, meet governmental/regulatory requirements, monitor KPIs and provide trainings with respect to HSE
•Lead and manage the H&S team and adapt to fast-paced environment to deliver projects across the region

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architectural or related to HSE
•OSHA certification
•BOLT registered (must prior to screening)
•ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
•Fluent in Spanish and in English
