•Lead development of scalable backend systems and AI-driven platform architectures with high availability and security.
•Build and deploy production-scale agentic AI workflows and multi-model RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
•Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA) and apply prompt engineering to improve accuracy and efficiency.
•Develop high-performance RESTful or GraphQL APIs (typically FastAPI or Flask) to integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
•Coordinate data ingestion/preprocessing and LLMOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI services, while mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.

Key Requirements

•Ability to fine-tune LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA and apply prompt engineering to improve accuracy and efficiency.
•Hands-on experience with vector search technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
•Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
