Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver working software aligned to product commitments, MVP milestones, Team PI objectives, and iteration plans with expected quality standards.
  • •Lead engineering execution across Agile ceremonies: estimate stories/features, support sprint planning and backlog refinement, and confirm acceptance tests with the Product Owner.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software development experience (Master’s acceptable with 11+ years), with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or related field.
  • •Strong Java development (Java 8+ Core/Advanced) with Spring Boot 3.x, and full-stack experience including Angular 12, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • •Hands-on message broker experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for reliable asynchronous, event-driven integrations and high availability.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud and database technologies including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • •Proficiency with unit/integration testing (Jest) and debugging/testing for JavaScript (browser developer tools); knowledge of Git and CI/CD plus Maven/Gradle/Shell scripting.
