Job Summary

Own the strategy and evolution of a homegrown Agentic AI platform powering customer experiences across chatbot, vehicle photo validation, and back-office automation. Keep the current system running while consolidating prompts from multiple locations into a unified platform, driving technical prioritization, and shaping decisions for voicebot and computer use. Partner with engineering, data, and operations, and manage key relationships including OpenAI and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the current AI platform while making architectural decisions for its future state.
•Learn and apply the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts and assessing bottlenecks across tech stacks.
•Consolidate prompts from six locations into a unified platform by sequencing work and aligning engineering, data, operations, and other teams.
•Own chatbot technical prioritization and keep the team coordinated without adding process overhead.
•Track emerging technologies (voicebot and computer use), manage the OpenAI relationship, and influence AI investment decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

•Familiarity with SQL and using data to validate hypotheses.
