  • •Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team while leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
  • •Collaborate across product management, design, and analytics throughout the development lifecycle, articulating technical constraints and trade-offs.
  • •Ensure monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, testing, and alerting are in place to support keep-the-lights-on on-call operations.
