Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-of-day front desk and night audit procedures, balance credit card postings, and ensure data integrity.
•Prepare and distribute daily reports; balance cashier audits and maintain computer databases.
•Handle guest payments, provide change as needed, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
•Maintain backups of files/tapes and prepare the system for the next day.
•Collaborate with other departments to provide information and uphold service standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of one year of hotel front desk experience or customer service experience
•Experience using Opera hotel management system preferred
•Strong math skills and ability to perform accurate calculations
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
•Ability to work overnight and maintain a positive professional attitude; flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
