Construction Project Sales Manager - Odessa, TX

Lead SBD’s engagement on major construction projects across the Odessa/Midland market to drive sales and deliver value across the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for end users, contractors, and subcontractors, building relationships and identifying high-impact opportunities. Promote and tailor value-added product and service solutions, coordinate internal teams across pre-construction to closeout, and monitor progress, budgets, and project metrics while traveling 60% of the time.
