Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and monitor the contractor’s baseline programme and updates.
  • •Monitor actual progress vs planned progress and identify programme variances and risks to completion.
  • •Maintain and analyze project schedules in Primavera P6, including critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Prepare progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and progress measurement/performance indicators and maintain programme revision records.
  • •Assist in reviewing Extension of Time submissions, Time Impact Analyses, delay notices, and programme updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in building and infrastructure work.
  • •Minimum 15 years of planning/scheduling experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Middle East/GCC region (mandatory).
  • •PMP or Prince2 practitioner certification preferred; Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent preferred.
