Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to translate customer mission requirements into an account and success plan aligned to objectives, investment, and technical implementation.
  • •Act as the primary post-sales advisor through deployment, enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion, building trusted relationships across customer and internal stakeholders and coordinating with cleared cloud providers.
  • •Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure, including managed configuration, capacity/throughput planning, and workload onboarding with accreditation understanding.
  • •Create and deliver enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences, from hands-on Claude Code enablement to mission-value conversations in unclassified language.
  • •Own executive business reviews and adoption/value measurement without direct telemetry, driving consumption and identifying workload integration patterns while maintaining classified/unclassified separation and correct escalation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 265,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a current full-scope polygraph (TS/SCI with CI polygraph may be considered).
  • •Prior experience working with US national security (defense and/or intelligence) agencies, ideally at the AI leadership, platform, and compute teams level.
  • •5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Consultant, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • •Able to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3-4 days per week.
  • •Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and API integration patterns, including agentic tooling such as Claude Code; familiarity with LLM frameworks and evaluation approaches is a plus.
