Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, engineer, and support Visa’s IP network infrastructure connecting Visa to commercial clients.
  • •Plan, design, implement, and support moderate-complexity network systems in the commercial network environment.
  • •Provide third-level support to resolve network issues and guide other teams involved in network troubleshooting.
  • •Oversee and maintain DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) services, implement DNS changes, and provision domains, networks, ACLs, templates, subnets, and DHCP scopes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ with an advanced degree; or 2 years with a PhD), or 11+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience designing and engineering customer-facing IP networks, including switching and routing in MPLS-based networks.
  • •Proficiency with routing protocols OSPF and BGP and knowledge of Cisco encryption (IPSec, SSL), HSRP/VRRP, and NAT.
  • •Cisco networking hardware experience with certified experience to CCNP level (formal certification expected or working toward CCNP).
  • •Experience with network automation/scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and related ecosystems.
