Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design-to-reporting delivery of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research and evaluation projects for public affairs clients across Scotland and the wider UK.
  • •Ensure highest standards of quality and impact, including reporting and dissemination to clients, stakeholders, and policymakers.
  • •Develop and strengthen client relationships through subject-matter expertise and trusted partnership.
  • •Contribute to business growth by developing proposals and identifying opportunities to win and expand work.
  • •Support team capability by coaching, mentoring, and helping develop more junior researchers.

  • •Proven track record leading and delivering research and/or evaluation projects for public sector clients from inception through to reporting and dissemination.

  • •Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks and resources with minimal senior oversight.
  • •Demonstrable success in business development, including leading and contributing to winning proposals.
