Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project budgets and monitor allocation of costs across central charges, CP&C charges, and project-specific expenditures.
  • •Prepare, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, including accruals with supporting documentation.
  • •Prepare and review cash flow forecasts based on payment schedules and project requirements, and analyze payment status and delays.
  • •Maintain ETC information and report variances against approved budgets while generating periodic and ad hoc financial and operational reports.
  • •Support month-end and year-end financial closing, ensure compliance with financial policies and governance, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve reporting discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting.
  • •Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CMA (or equivalent) are desirable.
  • •Experience in project cost control, financial analysis, and management reporting is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
