Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Town Center Boca Raton

Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO experience through genuine connection, product education, and customer/community engagement. You’ll lead selling initiatives tied to ALO’s Flow, maintain a friendly, easy shopping environment, build daily client relationships, and quickly resolve guest needs. In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports to support action plans, ensure sales floor coverage, and help with shipment processing, merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures.
