Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional manufacturing delivery across Safety, Quality, Compliance, Volume, Cost, and organizational development across multiple sites.
  • •Drive unit cost optimization through ONE TDC, LEAN capabilities, and continuous improvement to deliver gross margin growth.
  • •Build manufacturing systems, including digital visualization, automation capabilities, and benchmark processes.
  • •Develop and manage the regional manufacturing talent pool, succession pipeline, and organizational transformation.
  • •Oversee CAPEX project development and implementation, master planning, and alliance site management while partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automation/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Consolidated years of supply chain and manufacturing management and project management experience in chemical production environments.
  • •Proven organizational management experience with strong people skills, with industry experience in Flavor & Fragrance, Food, or Pharmaceutical preferred.
  • •Strong expertise in LEAN, TPM, GMP, Safety Management, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
  • •Excellent communication and change management capabilities, including Portuguese and English proficiency.
