Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive software quality practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • •Lead root cause analysis of software defects and drive corrective actions.
  • •Facilitate DFMEA and design reviews to prevent defect leakage.
  • •Define and monitor software quality metrics and analyze defect trends.
  • •Partner with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and operations to ensure product quality and release readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • •5+ years experience in software development, testing, or software quality
  • •Strong understanding of software quality processes and defect analysis
  • •Experience working in Agile development environments
  • •Six Sigma or Quality certification required
