Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage the software, hardware, and overall health of SoFi’s network.
  • •Develop the multi-year networking architecture, strategy, and roadmap to support evolving business needs, including infrastructure and WiFi.
  • •In partnership with leadership, develop and implement standards for MDF layouts and rack elevations across SoFi.
  • •Define scope, objectives, key results, and execution plans for technical projects aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead a diverse, high-performance team through technical problems to meet strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Salary: USD 192,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in a technical or engineering discipline or relevant years of experience.
  • •12+ years of experience in network engineering, software, and distributed systems, including 6+ years managing high performance teams at scale.
  • •Technical experience scaling a multi-vendor networking environment.
  • •Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
