Job Summary

Lead a strategic AI delivery organization within the ASEAN Solutions team, scaling engineering excellence to deploy Agentforce and Data 360 inside complex enterprise environments. Coordinate delivery capacity, talent acquisition, and staffing across technical builders and deployment strategists. Serve as ultimate technical escalation, unblock data readiness and multi-agent orchestration, and translate customer field insights into product feedback for pilot programs and beta rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale a multi-layered technical organization of Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and second-line technical leaders to deploy Agentforce and Data 360.
•Own delivery capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure cross-functional squads can deploy Agentforce and Data 360 at enterprise scale.
•Provide ultimate technical authority by maintaining architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform, advanced LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
•Unblock complex customer deployments by addressing data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges and standardizing repeatable delivery methodologies.
•Drive customer and business impact by building executive-level relationships, monitoring delivery metrics and consumption health, and partnering with product and engineering on pilot/beta rollouts.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of senior leadership experience leading large-scale technical organizations across multiple leadership layers, including hiring, development, and scaling of people managers and individual contributors.
•Deep architectural understanding of AI and LLMs, plus advanced knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
•Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline.
