Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support in project planning processes, define scopes, establish WBS and budgets on allocated projects
  • •Ensure accurate and timely delivery of project cost/revenue/billing reports and forecasts
  • •Support cost monitoring and control standards, assisting with budget allocation and reporting for project/program portions
  • •Ensure project control activities (cost management and control) are executed in a timely fashion per company standards
  • •Support development of program plans, contract baseline budgets, milestones, and apply earned value methods

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or Finance with 5+ years of Project Controls (cost management) experience; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • •5+ years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, automation, or electronics industry
  • •MS Office and SAP (Project Accounting module) experience
  • •5+ years of finance & cash flow – concepts, processes, planned, actual, forecast
  • •5+ years of knowledge in cost estimating, tracking and control
