Key Responsibilities

  • •Support country offices with complaint and feedback mechanisms (CFMs), including monitoring, accessibility, complaint handling, and follow-up on gaps and action items.
  • •Support implementation and monitoring of safeguarding, PSEAH, and child protection policies, procedures, compliance checklists, and action plans with country office focal points.
  • •Coordinate capacity-strengthening activities including development, delivery, and tracking of trainings, Communities of Practice, onboarding, and training compliance.
  • •Administer accountability and safeguarding systems (including FaceUp), maintain tools/templates and generate reports and dashboards for complaints, case management, and compliance.
  • •Provide investigations administration support (case tracking, documentation management, interviews/investigation logistics, action-item monitoring) and maintain confidential case records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28,000 - 36,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, public administration, social sciences).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, safeguarding, accountability, compliance, or related roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with international/field offices or cross-cultural teams.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data, case management, project management, and collaboration systems (e.g., Teams, Asana, Power BI).
  • •Fluency in English required; professional proficiency in French strongly preferred.
