Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively support the product creation process for the Laundry business unit and accompany the full product lifecycle together with the quality management team
  • •Coordinate project-specific quality development activities and apply preventive error-avoidance methods with development teams and internal work groups
  • •Gather quality requirements, integrate them into development projects, and track their implementation and effectiveness across the entire lifecycle
  • •Promote the quality mindset in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and interface partners (e.g., R&D, Vertrieb, Customer Service)
  • •Recognize process and method improvement opportunities early, consolidate data to support fact-based decisions, and report to relevant stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • •Multi-year experience in quality management or product development to safely support complex development projects
  • •Familiarity with quality methods such as FMEA, risk analyses, and structured quality planning, with strong technical understanding for mechatronic products
  • •Advantageous: certifications/qualifications in project management (e.g., IPMA Level D), QM methods (e.g., Six Sigma), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with related software tools
  • •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to make data-driven decisions and coordinate stakeholders in German and English
