Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day-of-show duties and respond to elevated staff/guest concerns.
  • •Correct guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service situations.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy and inform guests about venue amenities and recommendations.
  • •Lead pre-shift meetings and relay management information directly to staff; communicate issues to the MOD.
  • •Support security and incident documentation: assist with ejection logs and incident reports, ensure lost and found is turned in, and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
  • •High-volume nightclub/venue operations and responsible alcohol service and guest relations knowledge.
  • •Skills in guest relations/staff relations, including assessing and anticipating special needs of guests.
  • •Ability to prioritize duties, handle multiple issues at once, and communicate effectively with an upbeat attitude.
  • •High School Diploma required; a college diploma in a related field is preferred.
