Operations Supervisor

Oversee day-of-show operations by working with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to handle guest needs, elevated inquiries, and issue resolution across VIP programs, amenities, and seat upgrades. Lead opening, running, and closing activities, run pre-shift meetings, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Manage responsible alcohol service, maintain atmosphere and line-of-sight, complete incident reports, and support special events throughout the venue.
