Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform key product development activities, ensuring adherence to the company calendar, sample quality, and competitive pricing.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and coordinate sample development independently.
  • •Follow up from sketching through samples delivery, including samples, artwork, materials, strike offs, and lab dips and related approvals.
  • •Ensure development calendar and seasonal timelines are met, with on-time sample delivery and expected development outcomes.
  • •Monitor production plans and factory capacity, support resolution of production issues, and track quality levels; maintain transparent cost monitoring data.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in bags and accessories, preferably in the sporting goods or sports equipment industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma holders are also welcome.
  • •Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • •Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and material testing.
