Key Responsibilities

•Support the delivery of high-value consultancy projects within the Industrial Advisory team, contributing to both technical excellence and commercial success
•Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to analyse and improve client operations
•Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions
•Deliver projects and workstreams to agreed quality, cost, and schedule
•Contribute to client engagement, business development activities (proposals and thought leadership), and capability development

Key Requirements

•Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or related operational environments
•Experience working within or alongside highly regulated industries (e.g. defence, aviation, nuclear, infrastructure, manufacturing)
•Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical, value-driven solutions
•Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
•Degree, HND or equivalent in engineering/manufacturing (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
