Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute mechanical engineering activities in compliance with policy, procedures, and best practice to support business objectives.
  • •Contribute to annual departmental business plans and capex budgeting; analyze cost controls, variances, and expenses within authority.
  • •Provide mechanical engineering expertise for maintenance and repair of major rotating equipment, corrosion control, and pipeline cleaning/repair, including metering and regulating station operations.
  • •Monitor maintenance and inspection programs; investigate defects and major breakdowns and recommend remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Supervise and develop staff, set targets, manage performance, and enforce safe work processes and HSE standards while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in process operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Natural gas field experience is preferred.
  • •Proven team leadership in a multicultural work environment.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with IT literacy.
