Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for Fixed Access and GPON setup, including resolving network and customer TT issues for enterprise and consumer setups.
  • •Troubleshoot Fixed Access and IIB nodes/solutions in coordination with other teams, including handling IIB layer issues for Nokia and Cisco.
  • •Run daily/weekly health checks for owned nodes/domains and perform preventive maintenance to identify potential issues or loopholes.
  • •Handle daily trouble tickets per du operation policies and scope of work, including escalation and vendor involvement to resolve incidents within contracted SLAs.
  • •Support capacity management: perform customer TT analysis, capacity triggers and follow-up for expansion, and provide periodic/ad-hoc reporting for planning and future upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in the telecom domain.
  • •Experience in routing and switching (more than 5–7 years).
  • •CCNA is must; CCIE is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of IIB and GPON technologies for Nokia, Cisco and Huawei, including experience with MPLS networks and corresponding routers and switches.
