Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the post-sales primary point of contact, leading engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • •Drive success planning and business value realization by aligning goals, requirements, and challenges with customers and internal teams.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for requirements and influencing teams to meet customer needs.
  • •Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • •Develop hands-on product expertise and partner on training and account management to support renewal, expansion, and churn minimization.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, or Sales/SE overlap).
  • •Relevant domain knowledge in one or more areas such as Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
  • •Strategic, proactive ownership of a customer portfolio with high autonomy, including making decisions on escalations and de-risking/de-escalating issues.
  • •An entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and practices to better serve customers.
  • •Demonstrated continuous development plus strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
