Job Summary

A strategic, hands-on marketing role focused on driving scalable digital growth through search, content strategy, and AI-enabled optimization. Leads acquisition across paid and organic search, SEO, AEO and GEO, CRO, and collaborates with Marketing, Content, Web Product, and Analytics to optimize the full funnel from discovery to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute integrated digital acquisition strategies across paid search, organic search, and AI-driven discovery platforms.
•Own paid search (SEM/PPC) programs across platforms such as Google Ads, including campaign development, budget management, and performance optimization.
•Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical optimization, on-page improvements, and content gap analysis to drive high-intent organic traffic.
•Advance Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts to improve visibility in featured snippets, knowledge panels, and zero-click search experiences.
•Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to enhance presence across AI-powered platforms (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
•Deep expertise in paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and performance optimization.
•Strong understanding of SEO, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth strategies.
•Experience with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and landing page optimization.
