Job Summary

Join a 1-year Graduate Trainee program with rotations across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Event Planning & Operations. Receive structured mentorship and support while you help drive lead generation and sales activities, assist with sales contracts and invoicing, support event marketing campaigns and customer relationship management, and contribute to logistics, venue/supplier coordination, and on-site event operations. Build event-industry knowledge through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Sales rotation by supporting lead generation, building relationships, generating sales pitches and presentations, and working toward revenue targets.
•Support Sales Operations by handling sales contract and invoice generation, tracking payment status, managing floorplans, and resolving customer queries.
•Assist Marketing with event marketing campaign execution, creating marketing collateral (brochures, website content, social media posts), conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance.
•Contribute to Event Planning & Operations by supporting event experience design, venue/supplier negotiation with Operations and Procurement, and logistics planning and execution.
•Provide on-site event support, including vendor coordination and attendee registration to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business, or a related field.
•Strong interest in building a career in event project management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce; knowledge of Autocad and Oracle is a plus.
