Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end billing workflow for services provided, including preparing and issuing accurate invoices, processing payments, posting receipts, and reconciling customer accounts. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue balances, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, and keep client billing records up to date in the database. Partner with internal teams and support regular billing and receivables reporting while handling sensitive financial information with integrity.

•Prepare, generate, and issue accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
•Process payments, post receipts, and reconcile customer accounts to keep records current.
•Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments professionally.
•Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client billing queries efficiently.
•Maintain and update client billing information/records and assist with billing and receivables reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar financial or administrative role.
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
•Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
•Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
•Strong numerical/analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication.
