Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing full-stack engineering team across multiple DoorDash locations including in the US and Hungary.
  • •Define the architectural roadmap and technical vision for the team.
  • •Oversee development of core People Application product experiences, including data pipelines, automation, and integrations with AI tools/LLMs.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-first solutions from requirements.
  • •Establish best practices across development processes, testing, release management, and monitoring; leverage AI and automation to improve developer velocity and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams of 5+ engineers.
  • •7+ years of industry experience in software development, ideally in HR-related applications.
  • •Extensive experience designing and scaling distributed systems with performance optimization, leveraging AI to improve velocity.
  • •Experience with generative AI development (prompt flows, agents, guardrails, and knowledge base optimization).
