Job Summary

Lead the financial lifecycle for international events, owning budgets, quotations, invoicing and multi-currency reconciliations to drive financial clarity and accountability for the Global Events department.

Key Responsibilities

•Consolidate quotations for events across departments.
•Elaborate budgets, tracking and reports to provide real-time financial clarity to the Events Team.
•Contracts signature process related to event vendors.
•Invoicing and payment processing for events.
•Multi-currency and multi-company reconciliations; post-event reports.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
•5+ years of experience in accounting of Events, Travel, or Hospitality industry.
•Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Power Point.
•Language: Full professional proficiency or Native in English & Spanish. Italian is a plus.
•Some traveling availability might be required
