Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering.
  • •Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals.
  • •Acquire resources for projects/processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • •Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • •Work closely with Manufacturing teams to develop solutions so the floor can build and assemble product.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering from an accredited program.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, or completion of Boeing's internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •3+ years of experience in wire harness design, wire harness installation, or equipment installation.
  • •Ability to communicate with technical personnel across skill areas to evaluate information impacting design, production, and support.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance that requires U.S. Citizenship; a final U.S. clearance post start is required.
