Prepare and review accounting entries, reconciliations, reports, and financial analyses to support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting. Resolve accounting issues while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. Contribute to audits, process improvement initiatives, and ERP/finance transformation activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while guiding junior finance personnel.
