  • •Manage a caseload of moderate to high complexity surety claims from start through settlement and resolution within authority limits.
  • •Investigate surety claims from initial notice through final resolution.
  • •Review contracts, invoices, payment applications, project records, and other claim-related documentation.
  • •Analyze claim information to determine potential exposure and resolution strategies, including reserving understanding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of claims/insurance experience OR
  • •Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate degree and 3+ years of claims/insurance experience OR
  • •Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 2+ years of claims/insurance experience OR
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of claims/insurance experience AND must obtain/maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products, with Microsoft Office experience.
